Cancel your subscription
Subscriptions run for a four-week minimum term. After that, one thing decides whether a cancellation takes effect on time: the date your request reaches us.
Before you cancel — read this
1. The first four weeks are committed
Subscriptions run for a minimum term of four consecutive weeks, accepted at checkout. A cancellation requested during that term is honoured, but takes effect at the end of the fourth week — the four weekly payments are still due. After the term, you can cancel at any point and the subscription stops renewing at the end of the week you have already paid for.
2. Your request must arrive before the renewal
Once the minimum term is served, subscriptions renew automatically every week. To stop the next renewal, your request must reach us before that renewal date. A request received after a week has been charged applies to the week after; the week already charged stands and is not refunded.
3. Requests are accepted by email only
Send your cancellation to otc@cryptosconnects.com from the address you used at checkout. We confirm every request by reply — if you have not received a confirmation, your cancellation has not been recorded.

What happens next
- 01 We acknowledge your request by email, usually within one business day.
- 02 We stop the recurring payment at Stripe, effective from the end of the minimum term, or from the end of the current paid week once that term is served.
- 03 Your access stays live until that date. After it, matched counterparties stop being delivered.
Cancellation is not a refund
All sales are final. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not reimburse a week already paid, in whole or in part, nor any part of the four-week minimum term. This is set out in full in our terms and sales conditions, which you accepted at checkout.
