Do you take a commission on my trade?
No. The subscription is our only revenue. We have no economic interest in whether you close, which is the only way a database stays honest.
What happens after I pay?
Your brief is already with us from the access form. Within one business day you receive your access and the first set of matched counterparties — then new leads daily for as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, once the four-week minimum term is served. Billing is weekly, and the first four weeks are committed at checkout. From then on, email otc@cryptosconnects.com before your next weekly renewal and the subscription stops at the end of the week already paid for.
Is listing an offer free?
Yes. Submitting a listing costs nothing and is not conditional on a subscription — it takes about three minutes and puts you in front of subscribers on the other side of your trade. Subscriptions pay for receiving matches, not for being in the database.
