Terms of service & sales conditions

These terms govern all use of cryptosconnects.com and all purchases of database access. By browsing this website, submitting a listing, submitting your data, or purchasing a subscription, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

CryptosConnects is operated by CryptosConnects, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: otc@cryptosconnects.com.

2. What we sell

We are a media and database provider. We publish listings submitted by third parties across digital assets, energy products, metals and financial instruments, and we sell time-limited access to those listings and their contact details.

That is the entirety of the service. Specifically, we do not:

• provide investment, legal, tax, business or financial advice;
• act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or payment institution;
• take part in, introduce ourselves into, or become a party to any deal;
• hold, transmit or take custody of any funds or assets;
• take any commission, success fee or remuneration on any transaction;
• hold any affiliation with, or represent, any lead, buyer, seller, mandate or broker listed in the database.

3. No verification of leads

Listings originate from third parties. We screen submissions for completeness and coherence only. We do not and cannot verify the quality, accuracy, truthfulness, solvency, capacity, ownership of assets, provenance of funds, or good faith of any listed party. We give no warranty of any kind as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any lead or of any information on this website.

Each subscriber is solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, compliance screening, sanctions checks and forensic verification on every lead and counterparty before engaging with them. You act entirely at your own risk.

4. Pricing, billing and cancellation

• Access to the crypto database is $199 per week. Access to the full database across all asset classes is $289 per week. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions run for a minimum term of four consecutive weeks. Billing is weekly and begins on the day of your first payment. By subscribing you commit to four weekly payments — $796 for Crypto, $1,156 for All assets — and a cancellation requested during that term takes effect at the end of it, not before. After the minimum term the subscription continues week to week until cancelled.
• Cancellation must be requested by email to otc@cryptosconnects.com before the next renewal date. During the minimum term, the subscription ends at the close of the fourth week. Afterwards, a request received after a weekly renewal has been charged applies to the following week; the week already charged is not refunded. See how to cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card details.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or partial reimbursements for any purchase, for any reason, including where you do not use the access, where a lead does not result in a transaction, where a counterparty does not respond, or where you cancel part-way through a paid week or during the four-week minimum term. This is reflected in the price and you accept it at checkout.

6. Resale and redistribution prohibited

Access is licensed to the subscribing person or entity for its own transactional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, syndicate, share, sublicense, scrape, bulk-export or otherwise make available our databases, listings, contact details or leads to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge.

Breach terminates your access immediately and without refund, and we reserve all rights to claim damages for the resulting loss.

7. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information in any listing or brief you submit.
• Do not submit a listing on behalf of a party you are not authorised to represent.
• Comply with all applicable law in your jurisdiction and in that of your counterparty, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing rules.
• Do not use the service to solicit, defraud, or send unsolicited bulk communications to listed parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptosConnects is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of profit, revenue, funds, assets, data or opportunity — arising from or connected with:

• any transaction entered into with a party identified through the service;
• the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any lead or listing;
• any act, omission, misrepresentation, default or fraud of any listed party;
• any decision you take on the basis of information found on this website;
• any interruption, error or unavailability of the website.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Acceptance and waiver

By using this website, submitting your data, or purchasing access, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the entirety of these terms and our disclaimer, that you are dealing with third parties at your own risk, and that you waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim, action, demand for compensation or proceedings against CryptosConnects arising from your use of the service or from any dealing with a listed party.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects rights that mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction confers on you and that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptosConnects, its officers, employees and contractors against any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, from your dealings with any listed party, from any listing you submit, or from your breach of these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without refund, for breach of these terms, for submission of false information, for resale or redistribution of our data, or where required by law or by a payment provider.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States, and you consent to that venue.
